The Non-farm payroll figures released today by the Labor Department showed a reduction of 651,000 jobs in February after a 655,000 jobs loss at the beginning of the year. Although the numbers were in line with expectations from analysts the continued trend of layoffs will make it harder for the current administration to get back on the road of economic recovery.
