Richmond Federal Reserve Bank President Jeffrey Lacker on Thursday said he’s unsure of the impact disclosing the names of borrowers using the Fed’s emergency lending facilities would have.
“I’m not sure what good it would do, but I’m a little uncertain about what harm it would do either,” he said, taking questions from reporters after a speech here.
